Ravenfrost Digital Ltd. provides software development, website development, web applications, automation, integrations, consulting, and support services.

All project scope, pricing, timelines, and deliverables are agreed with the client before work begins. Payments may be required upfront, by milestone, or on a recurring basis depending on the service.

Clients are responsible for providing required information, content, access, and feedback. Additional work outside the agreed scope may require extra fees.

Ownership of final deliverables transfers to the client after full payment, unless otherwise agreed. Ravenfrost Digital Ltd. is not responsible for third-party services, hosting, software providers, or platforms used as part of a project.

Ravenfrost Digital Ltd. may collect personal information such as name, email address, company name, phone number, project details, and billing information.

We use this information to respond to enquiries, provide services, manage projects, process payments, issue invoices, and provide support.

Delivery timelines, milestones, and project scope are agreed with each client before work begins. Completed work is delivered by email, secure file transfer, online project tools, deployment to hosting, or another agreed digital method.

Refund & Cancellation Policy
Ravenfrost Digital Ltd. provides custom software development and digital services.
Because our services are customised and project-based, payments for work already started or completed are generally non-refundable.
If a client cancels before work begins, a full or partial refund may be considered depending on any costs already incurred.
For recurring support or maintenance services, clients may cancel before the next billing period. Payments already made for the current billing period are generally non-refundable.
